I'm a DSBN Member. Why can't I access all the website?
As a member you can access limited areas within the site. If you wish to have full access to the site, you need to register as a Premium Member.
The password I received doesn't work.
Please make sure you are typing the user name and password exactly as they appear in the e-mail you received. Note that the user name and password are case sensitive.
I forgot my username and password.
If you are a registered member and have forgotten your username or password, send us the e-mail address that you used for your initial registration and your log-in information will be e-mailed to you. If you don't receive your reminder within a few minutes please contact us at info@dsbn.com.au.
I'm unable to access the Premium Membership application?
To access Premium Membership, you need to first register as a member and ensure that your membership is activated. This is a security precaution. To activate your membership, simply respond to the email that is sent to you when you first register.
How soon can I access the Premium content?
Access to the Premium content is available as soon as you have purchased your Premium Membership online. It is instantaneous!
I am having problems accessing or downloading the Premium content.

I don't want to pay my Premium Membership by credit card? Can I pay by cheque?
Yes, simply call us on 02 9006 1642 or send us an email. We will invoice you and accept payment by cheque.
