General Terms 

This Membership authorises a single user to access all Premium content on the DSBN website including articles, business tools and templates, download resources such as e-books, book summaries, reports as well as accessing special offers for Premium members.

This Membership is for a term of 12 months from the date of joining.
At the expiration of the said 12 months the Membership will cancelled unless the renewal fee is paid.  

The User under this Membership will use each template and all other downloads for his own private and non-commercial use.

No warranty whatsoever is given in relation to the business tools and templates, business checklists, business quizzes, download resources and articles from the DSBN website other than that implied by mandatory statutory law and/or by the Membership by which the person downloading same received the right to download by joining the DSBN.

No representation is made as to the quality of any goods, services or products offered by members, partners or other organisations associated with the DSBN.

Where the User is in breach of these terms and conditions, then this Membership will be automatically and thereby cancelled and the right of the User to continue using the templates or other functions on the DSBN website shall be at an end such a breach of these terms and conditions shall constitute a breach of the Membership of DSBN.

As part of the registration and account creation process required to obtain access to this service, you will select your username and a password. You will also provide us with certain registration information, all of which must be accurate and updated. If any of your registration information changes, please email us with any changes.  You will be solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all usage and activity on your account.

Premium Memberships

Unless our Web site explicitly states otherwise, premium membership is subject to our Terms Of Use. You will also be required to register and to create an account if you have not already done so.

Modifications To Premium Membership

DSBN reserves the right, at any time and from time to time, to modify temporarily or permanently, the premium membership offering (or anypart thereof), with or without notice.

Membership Fees

DSBN Premium Membership fee is $99 (+gst) for 12 months access. As soon as you have paid online, you will have immediate access to all Premium content within the DSBN website.

To set up an account, you must provide DSBN with valid credit card information. By submitting it, you give DSBN permission to charge the appropriate membership fees incurred through your account to the credit card you designate on the registration form. 

DSBN will not re-use your credit card information for renewals unless specifically authorised by you at the time of renewal.

Non-transferability of Memberships

Your right to access the content available in the premium membership offering is personal to you, and you may not transfer, sell, or assign this agreement to any other person (including another employee of your company) without the approval of DSBN. Any attempt to do so will be void.

Refund Policy

Online services and products are wonderful!  As a Premium Member, you have the convenience of immediate access to the full range of Premium content on the DSBN website.  This online nature of product form and delivery means that Premium Membership fees, once paid and processed, are not refundable.

By accepting these Terms of Membership, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the Membership Terms and Conditions, the Website Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy of the dsbn.com.au website.
