Just as Small Business is a varied and diverse market, so are the people behind DSBN. However, the talented DSBN team share one common feature and that is a genuine passion for Small Business.

The DSBN team has the collective entrepreneurial experience of starting up over 45 different small businesses. With more than 120 years of combined management experience as business owners and operators, the team provides DSBN invaluable insight into start-ups and small business, as well as “hands-on” experience of working with governments and corporations in Australia and internationally.

Maria Lambides, Founder

  In a career spanning almost 25 years, Maria has an outstanding reputation working with small business.  A serial entrepreneur, she has started and managed a range of successful small businesses and has hands-on experience from every aspect.  Maria’s expertise in strategic planning and marketing has directed and developed small businesses from a wide range of industries. Maria combines her passion, background and diverse experience to drive DSBN.  

Clare, Editor
Clare knows small business issues because she has experienced them first hand. In 1993, with no publishing background, she started Dynamic Small Business (DSB) magazine from her home where she had previously run a public relations consultancy. Founder of DSB magazine, Dynamic Retailing and Dynamic Coaching as well as several other publications including Nothing Ventured, Nothing Gained, Moving Ahead – Relocating to Regional NSW and Risky Business, she brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to DSBN.

Cameron, Webmaster
Cameron acts as a conduit between the technology industry and everyday business owners to achieve the best result possible. With experience working in the Australian Public Service, Cameron has been responsible for major website redevelopments and understands how to use technology to fully engage all stakeholders.  Cameron, has been responsible for the redevelopment of the DSBN website.

Sue, CustomerCare  
  Delivering exceptional customer service is Sue's primary focus although she also provides the team with administrative support on a day to day basis.  With over 15 years experience leading customer service teams, Sue is committed to supporting the DSBN member community.

Shannon, Accountant
With over a decade of professional experience as a chartered accountant, Shannon has developed a wide range of expertise especially in supporting SME businesses.  Apart from day to day tax and accounting support, Shannon also provides DSBN with valuable business advisory support as well as financial reporting.
